Hotel Policies

  • Minimum check-in age is 18
  • Pets not allowed
  • No charge is made to your credit card until your booking is confirmed.
  • If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no penalty will be charged.
  • This is general hotel cancellation policy. Please note, cancellation policies may differ, so make sure you check them before reservation.
  • Reliance Hotel Apartment is a family oriented hotel, children are welcome.
  • One child under 13 years stay free of charge sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
  • Only one baby cot will be provided in each room.
